July 1st – Canada Day on Main Street in Newmarket – 7am-7pm TD-Newmarket Music Festival Booth corner of Timothy and Main #37 A: distribute festival info and dress for CANADA – Wear Red & White!

Saturday July 8th – TD-NMF Home-Coming Launch at Riverwalk Stage – 8am-1pm – Riverwalk Commons, 200 Doug Duncan Drive, Newmarket, Ontario

Volunteer Orientation All Volunteers must attend one training before festival

July 8th (Saturday) 11:00am-1 pm    Location: Lions Halls/Community Centre, 200 Doug Duncan Drive, Newmarket, Ontario

August 12th Saturday 11:00am-1 pm  (Same Location)

August 16th Wednesday 7 – 9 pm (Same Location)

August 3, 11, 17 – Assist us with Concert Series, Seating and Greeting 7 – 9pm – Location is Old Town Hall, on Botsford Street, Newmarket

Festival – Set Up Thursday August 24th 10am-8pm (shifts available)

Festival – August 25, 26, 27  (shifts available daily)  Sign up at Volunteer Orientation.

Festival – Tear Down Monday August 28th – 9am-3pm; (shifts available); Including packing up and storage of festival materials.


What we need:

Volunteers with Smart Serve, First Aid & Retail experience needed
