Mathew’s education and professional experience includes finance, accounting, economics, business management, and festival research.

Steffi Goodfield

Steffi has been an integral part of the York Region music scene for many years now. As the planner/promoter/host of multiple weekly live gigs and open mic nights throughout Richmond Hill and Newmarket, she has provided local artists with a platform to mingle, network, collaborate and perform. She has also spent 12 years as Council Chair of her children’s Public and Private Schools as well as planning and running many charitable organization events.

George St. Kitts – Artistic Director


Founder of St. Kitts Music Inc., writer-producer George was twice nominated for Juno Awards in 1993 and 1996 for independently produced R& B tunes. His latest album “A Lot of Livin’ To Do” in the big band jazz style, exudes his world-class talent and showmanship and receives global airplay.

A consummate entertainer and versatile vocalist, George has given stellar performances in the Broadway musical “The Lion King,” and as Sammy Davis Jr. in “The Rat Pack Show” at Toronto’s Cannon Theatre. He co-produced “Soul to Soul” for Ontario Place and performed in the play “Once on This Island”.

George is also the leader, producer, sponsor and musical director of several bands, shows and festivals:

The Love Train Revue Show – Celebrates Black History Month, That 80’s Show – i.e. fills Caesar’s at Windsor Casino, The Sounds of Motown Show constantly featured at galas/fundraiser & events, Sounds of the Pride-Land – recently with orchestras the Richmond Hill Philharmonic Orchestra; A Night of Jazz (Rat Pack Show)

George also co-produced, founded, sponsored and acted as Artistic Director of the Aurora jazz+ Festival (2009-2012) which was designated by Festival and Events Ontario as a Top 100 Festival in the Province of Ontario. Currently acts as Artistic Director for the Newmarket jazz+ Festival which just celebrated its second successful year showcasing over 350 local entertainers and artists.

Krish Cape

Krish has an MSc in Mechanical engineering, a certificate in financial accounting, a PMP certificate and is also a Certified Agile Project Manager. His career is best summarized as follows.

He has over 10 years of senior management experience in Business analysis, project coordination, project financial controls and project management having worked in the Russian federation, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan and Georgian republic for subcontractors, of BP and various other global companies, in the construction, ship building and oil and gas industry.

He is extremely organized and efficient, with brilliant analytical skills and a natural leader and team player with excellent communication, problem solving, and negotiation and facilitation skills. He believes in the direct hands-on approach and is always keen and willing to “learn how to learn what you don’t know you don’t know”
